1. Scope

This Messaging Privacy Policy explains how Resource Property Group LLC, referred to as “Resource Property Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” collects, uses, retains, and discloses information associated with our SMS and MMS messaging program.

We use Launch Control as a service provider to help operate the messaging program. Launch Control processes messaging information on our behalf and under our instructions.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with the messaging program, we may collect:

  • Contact information, including your name, mobile telephone number, and email address.
  • Information you choose to provide about a property, service request, appointment, or other inquiry.
  • Message content and messaging history, including replies, support requests, and opt-out commands.

  • Technical and delivery information, such as carrier, delivery status, device or browser details, IP address, and similar diagnostic data.

We do not sell personal information collected specifically through the messaging program, including mobile telephone numbers and consent data. We also do not use or disclose that information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising by unrelated third parties.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, physical, and organizational safeguards selected according to the sensitivity of the information involved. These safeguards are designed to reduce the risk of accidental loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

No internet or mobile communication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should avoid sending highly sensitive information by text message.

7. Retention

We retain messaging information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the program, document consent and opt-out requests, provide services, resolve disputes, protect users and our business, enforce agreements, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations. Retention periods may vary based on the type of record and the reason it is maintained.

Receiving automated marketing text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can stop commercial messages at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. Reply HELP for assistance.

You may also contact us to ask a question about messaging information or to request that we correct information you believe is inaccurate. Certain records may need to be retained for legal, security, or compliance reasons.
