1. Overview
These Messaging Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by or for Resource Property Group LLC, referred to in these terms as “Resource Property Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” They govern participation in our SMS and MMS messaging program.
By enrolling in the program, you agree to these Messaging Terms. Your use of our website and real estate services may also be subject to other notices or agreements presented to you separately.
2. Consent and eligibility
When you provide a mobile number and affirmatively choose to receive text messages, you authorize Resource Property Group and its messaging service providers to send recurring automated promotional, personalized marketing, and service-related messages to that number. Automated technology may be used to send messages.
Your consent to receive marketing text messages is voluntary and is not required to purchase a product, request information, or discuss a property offer. You represent that you are the subscriber or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide and that you are permitted to enroll that number.
3. Program messages
Messages may relate to property inquiries, appointment coordination, real estate or home-buying services, status updates, reminders, educational information, and promotional offers. Message content will depend on your interactions with us and the preferences you provide.
4. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Resource Property Group may increase or decrease the number of messages based on your activity, requested services, and program needs.
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Your mobile carrier, not Resource Property Group, determines those charges. Contact your carrier for details about your text and data plan.
5. How to opt out
You may cancel messaging at any time by replying with one of these keywords:
STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT
After an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming that the request was processed. The messaging platform may not recognize requests that use different wording, so please use one of the listed keywords. You may enroll again later only by providing a new affirmative opt-in.
6. Help and customer support
Reply HELP to any program message for customer-care information. You may also contact us using the information at the end of these terms.
7. Delivery, devices, and carriers
Messaging is intended for mobile numbers served by major United States national and regional carriers. Not every device, handset, plan, or geographic area supports every message type. Delivery may be delayed or fail because of carrier availability, network conditions, device settings, or other circumstances outside our control.
Resource Property Group, its messaging service providers, and participating mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages to the extent permitted by law.
8. Program changes or termination
We may change the program’s content, message frequency, sending number, or technical provider. We may also suspend or discontinue the program. When legally required, we will provide notice of material changes. Continuing to participate after an effective change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
